Vojvodina ICT Cluster – VOICT is partnering up with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to deliver PSM Scrum trainings for ICT experts in order to support the workforce in one of the fastest growing sectors in the Western Balkans.
The training sessions are supported by the European Union (EU For You) and Norway through the EBRD Small Business Impact Fund(The SBIF – comprising Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Norway, USA, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan Business – EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund).
Dates of the certified PSM trainings are July 13-14 and July 26-27, 2022 at the price of €400. All trainees have the right to up to two attempts at certification – free of charge.
Through the online SCRUM training sessions, VOICT and the EBRD aim to promote the implementation of principles of agile organisation.
Vojvodina ICT Cluster and Scrum.org are partnering to extend the trainings on online platforms and enable as many IT experts as possible.
Our trainings are valued for their engaging interaction between the trainer and trainees, as well as our hands-on approach. Tools such as Zoom and Mural facilitate a seamless experience and provide the digital space for visual cooperation.
The trainees and the trainer are together on Zoom platform (also using breakout rooms), while post-it notes and other classroom tools are reeplaced with digital space for visual cooperation – Mural, which we also use as the platform for multitude of excercises with the trainees.

These are top quality trainings led by one of globally recognized Scrum.org trainers, Ralph Jocham and offer new value in the online setup!
Trainees will continue to have access to a free certification exam after the training (up to two attempts) for the official Scrum.org certificate.

Training Program
In this two-day class, students will be challenged to explore the Agile and Scrum principles so they can better understand what to do when applying Scrum to support their teams and organizations.
Developed by Scrum.org, the course uses a combination of instructor-led and activity-based learning where students work together in teams. Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) bring their own Scrum Master experiences, stories and style to the classroom and use their skills as professional trainers to deliver the material. Read more >>>
